Prior to joining Dolfin, Gerry was the founder of the Realco Group, a full-service real estate and management firm servicing the Metro New York area as well as the upstate New York market. Since its inception in 1975, the Realco Group was a dominant force in commercial leasing and investment sales and exclusively represented such retailers as Office Max, Trader Joes, and Kings Supermarkets.

Gerry has also been active in the investment sales area having concluded numerous transactions with individual and institutional investors including pension funds and REITS. Gerry has extensive experience in sourcing property for 1031 tax-free exchange investors and has exclusively represented both buyers and sellers in such transactions.

Gerry has extensive asset management experience and has been a principal in both the development and ownership of numerous commercial properties. He is a graduate of C.C.N.Y. and a member of both the I.C.S.C. and The Retail Network.
