Nathanael Pennington is a highly accomplished commercial real estate executive with a career spanning two decades across tenant representation, private equity, asset management, leasing, and portfolio strategy. His expertise covers office, industrial, retail, data centers, and mixed-use sectors, driving multimillion-dollar transactions, portfolio optimization, and strategic asset repositioning.

Most recently, Nathanael was a Managing Director at Savills, where he played a key role in structuring and closing high-value office leasing transactions in New York City. Prior to that, as Principal of Assembly Companies, he led advisory services for public and private equity clients, overseeing a 400+ property portfolio, with particular focus on valuation and property tax appeals.

Previously, as President and Co-Founder of Praxis Commercial, he built and led the real estate transactional arm of Twenty Lake Holdings, a division of Alden Global Capital, managing varied news-media and other national portfolios spanning 20.0M RSF across 40 states. His leadership delivered major sale-leasebacks, asset conversions, and lease restructurings, generating significant cost savings and operational efficiencies for the fund.

Earlier in his career, Nathanael held senior roles at Newmark, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, advising corporate occupiers, institutional landlords, and investment groups on large-scale leasing initiatives.
