Scott was previously an Advisor of TI Solutions, where he oversaw both origination and capital markets divisions. Prior to joining TI Solutions, Scott was a founder to the Norseman Group, a credit-based lender to landlords.

Scott was the Co-President of Conti Financial, a NYSE Company. While at Conti, he specifically focused on the origination and securitization of residential and commercial real estate loans. Scott originated and securitized approximately $1 billion per month in residential and commercial real estate loans and established one of the first commercial mortgage loan conduits.

Prior to joining Conti Financial, Scott was an Assistant Vice-President at Financial Guaranty Insurance, where he was instrumental in developing the first financial guaranties used in structured financings.

Scott has public company and charitable organization board level experience with AMAC and Birch Family Services.

Scott received his MPA from Rockefeller School at the University of Albany (1984) and a BA at the University of Albany (1981).
