I am the founder of Dolfin and run the day-to-day operations with my co-founder. I am mainly focused on origination and fostering enduring client relationships. I work closely with tenants and landlords to best solve their capital needs.
I was previously a Managing Director at TI Solutions where I liaised with corporate real estate brokers on TI deals of varying size.
I graduated from Fordham University in 2011. Go Rams!
What is your top bucket list travel location and why? There are so many to choose from, but I think my priority is Iceland because I’ve always wanted to see the northern lights.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I studied music in college and used to have a band that played shows throughout NYC. I have an album on Spotify, but you have to guess the band’s name to find it.
If you weren’t so good at your job, what would you be doing? I always wanted to be a doctor and love biology and medicine.
What are you most passionate about professionally? I love exploring innovation in typically static industries. I’m passionate about brainstorming and implementing new ideas and creative solutions with a team of equally passionate people.
What are you most passionate about personally? Family, friends, and social justice. I sit on the board of a Foundation that organizes recreational programs for underserved kids in NYC and my ultimate goal is to form a Dolfin Foundation focused on housing and other vital resources for underserved groups and communities.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? In the winter, I like going up to Rhinebeck NY and hibernating, in the Summer I like going to Yankees games and traveling to new places. I also enjoy discovering new books and TV shows. My current show is “The Last of Us” and my current read is “Alien,” because my husband is making me read it.

I am the founder of Dolfin and run the day-to-day operations with my co-founder. I am mainly focused on Capital Markets and origination. I forge partnerships with lenders and work closely with tenants and landlords to best solve their capital needs.
I was previously a Co-President of Conti Financial, a founder of a successful commercial real estate specialty lending and advisory company, and a developer of residential properties.
I graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a BA and a MPA in Public Finance.
What is your top bucket list travel location and why? Italy. I love the wine, good food and culture.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I am an eagle scout. I grew up frequently camping and love the outdoors.
If you weren’t so good at your job, what would you be doing? I would either be in politics, or I would be a mathematician which were my two favorite subjects in school.
What are you most passionate about professionally? I love working in a team-oriented environment with a diversity of people with complementary skill sets. I learn from them, they learn from me, and we can all be successful together.
What are you most passionate about personally? Family, friends, and lifting the people up around me. Over the years, I have been involved with charities focused on helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? I like to read, play golf, and vacation with my friends and family which usually includes either a beach or an amusement park.

Previously I have worked for Comp Systems inc. as an analyst and then moved onto The Council for Unity as a marketing coordinator.
I have a B.A in English Literature from Suny Old Westbury and an MBA from Molloy University
What is your top bucket list travel location and why? I want to see the monasteries of Tibet. It would be incredible to meditate there!
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I think people would be surprised to learn that in addition to being a Marketing professional I am also a screen writer.
If you weren’t so good at your job, what would you be doing? Traveling the world with my wonderful family of 6. Or running for political office.
What are you most passionate about professionally? Creating fresh and engaging content that enamors and captivates a business lead and testing marketing strategies.
What are you most passionate about personally? I am passionate about film making and writing. I love creating new worlds for others to escape to.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? Spending time with my family. They’re loud, rambunctious, and full of attitude, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

At Dolfin we are focused on streamlining the process of financing tenant improvements across the broad array of tenant types and property applications. I am focused on taking out the friction and complexity by shortening the commitment and closing schedule through platform innovation, while providing an outstanding client experience. When I am not obsessed about this core mission, I oversee the finances of the firm.
I have held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at several enterprises. I started my career at Price Waterhouse in New York City with a focus on money center banks, and then had a 15+ yr. career at Sony working across many of its media and hardware businesses, concluding with supervising the construction of its 1,000,000 sq. ft. European HQ in Berlin, Germany- where I got the bug to learn much more about capital market financing of commercial real estate.
I graduated Fairfield University with a BS in accounting. I passed the NYS CPA exam and have held various FINRA security licenses.
What is your top bucket list travel location and why? I don’t know if I can narrow it down to one location, but at the top of my list would be to spend time in the Greek isles for the sense of history and seascape. I am also determined to visit as many of the US National Parks as possible.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I am a pretty good finish carpenter with interior moldings (can do a compound miter cut on crown molding) and a general DIY guy to justify my tool collection. I also can speak conversational Dutch.
If you weren’t so good at your job, what would you be doing? I would hope to lead an initiative to provide a high quality, transformative education experience to urban communities to break the cycle of disfunction and poverty. Otherwise, I would probably be an industrial designer.
What are you most passionate about professionally? I am most passionate about making things work and achieving strategic outcomes. I join Dolfin members in being market and client focused, and I am always looking to contribute to the overall team success.
What are you most passionate about personally? I thoroughly enjoy any time I can spend with my wife and our four daughters, and their families, especially when we can organize a gathering at the barrier island beaches outside Charleston, South Carolina.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? I started “overlanding” in 2018 and so far have explored the high desert trails outside Moad, Utah and the high mountain trails throughout the San Juan mountains in Colorado. I am continuing a “build” of my truck to next tackle a number forest trails throughout North Carolina and Georgia.
